Team Ireland

Representing Ireland on the European and World stage. Team Ireland competes at the European Championships, World Championships, and international opens under the coordination of the European Bowling Federation (EBF) and the International Bowling Federation (IBF).

Team Ireland spans every division — Juniors, Adults and Seniors — with teams chosen by selectors against the published selection criteria.

Selection Process

Eligibility

  • check Valid Tenpin Ireland membership
  • check Irish passport holder or eligible under EBF nationality rules
  • check Clean anti-doping record
  • check Garda vetted (if applicable)
  • check Participation in domestic selection events

Selection Criteria

Teams are chosen by selectors against the published selection criteria — qualifying windows, averages and team make-up for each international event.
